This is a 2006 built 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 and is served by a lift as well as stairs from the main communal entrance hall.

It is fully heated and approximately 64 sq. m in size, which is much larger than many apartments for rent in The Alps.

There is an excellent air extraction system which totally prevents condensation.

Ski Locker

There is a secure private locker for your skis just off the communal entrance hall.

Garage

A remote control gives access to the underground garage area, via the level drive on the left side of Les Armoises.  We have a good sized garage with a light and its own up and over door. So you won't need to pay for parking or clear snow from your car. Please note:- Maximum height is 1.95m so if you own a high car you may need to remove your top box before entering.

Entrance Hall

There is a large storage cupboard giving plenty of space for coats and shoes.  It also houses the Iron, ironing board and washer / dryer.

Open Plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen Area

A large room with a comfortable leather corner sofa, glass dining table with 6 chairs, Dresser unit with mirror, coffee table. Flat screen TV, DVD, CD player with Aux input for iPod / MP3 player input.  French doors with pleasant view and roller shutters, leading to the patio and garden area.

Comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and Hairdryer. If you are bringing a cot there's enough spare space for it in this bedroom.

Large Bedroom

2 comfortable single beds plus 2 full sized bunk beds. wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside chest of drawers and mirror

Bathroom

Bath with shower, wash basin, bathroom cabinet with mirror.

Separate WC with hand basin.

Outside Area

We have a private covered patio area with table and chairs. Being South facing means you can often sit out in the sun to relax after a day's skiing.  In the summer it's a great place to catch the sun.
